Motif: Naturfrisk Bitter Lemon features an image of a male and female green hawker dragonfly (aeshna viridis). It is one of the most beautiful dragonflies in Denmark. It is 63-67 mm long with a wing span of 85-92 mm. It is a rare species in Denmark and only found in a few places. Where it is found, though, it is prolific. It lives in two very different areas of Denmark – in lakes and bogs in North East and North West Zealand and in canals and ditches in the marshland of South West Jutland. In 1994, it was also found on Funen, but we do not know if it still is.
